Bien-Être Lab
Bien-Être Lab is SAVIS’ operational hub in West Africa. Based in Niamey, Niger, it is active since 2021. This center of excellence stands out for its multicultural approach to training humanitarian workers, aimed at empowering both specialists and those without specialized mental health training.
The goal is to provide practical, evidence-based skills to improve the quality of services offered to the populations served.
In addition to training, Bien-Être Lab works closely with local, international, and intra-national organizations to implement psychological support programs for humanitarian workers in the field. These interventions aim to promote the mental and physical wellbeing of workers, enabling them to continue delivering high-quality results.
